Flour
100ml
Peanut oil
30gms
Bacon
50gms
Melted butter
30gm Chopped
parsley
Boil
roe in water for 5 minutes to firm and partially cook.Roll roe in flour and fry
in peanut oil.Add bacon pieces and cook until transparent.Add melted butter and
continue browning until roe is crisp skinned.Arrange on a platter and pour left
over liquid. Sprinkle parsley and serve
