GOBHI MASALEYDAR BY CHEF RAGHU
Ingredients
250 gms Trimmed Cauliflower
30 ml Ghee
10gms Jeera Whole
10 gms Chilli Powder Yellow
30 gms Tomato Puree
20 gms Ginger Garlic Paste
20 ml Lemon Juice
50 gms Trimmed Onion
20 gms Coriander Leaf
10gms Garam Masala
Cut & wash the cauliflower. Heat the ghee, put jeera on it. After that add trimmed onion & sauté till
brown and add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, yellow chilli powder, salt
& trimmed tomato. Add tomato puree in small quantity and lemon juice. Now
put the Cauliflower in this & mix. Cover this mixture and put on slow
fire. When it is well cooked and serve.
Garnish with coriander leaf & tomato dices.
