Roast red pepper sauce by Chef Raghu

4 Red peppers
100ml Olive oil
50gms Sliced onions
30gms Chopped garlic
30gms Sugar
20ml Vinegar
10gms Black pepper
500ml Water

Rub peppers with oil and roast it till skins blister,When cool remove skins and dice flesh roughly,Heat olive oil in pan and cook onion and garlic,Add, red pepper, sugar, vinegar. Cinnamon, pepper and water,Cook for 30 minutes and spoon into sterilized jars
