50gms Butter
30gms Flour
Salt to taste
20gms White pepper
100ml Milk
20ml Lemon juice
2 Eggs
20gms Pimento

Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper stir constantly until thick and smooth. Add lemon juice, eggs and pimiento
