Ingredients:
100gms
Red tomatoes
30gms
long stripes green pepper
20gms
Chopped garlic
30ml
Olive oil
Salt
and pepper to taste
Heat
oil sauté green pepper and garlic for 1 minute. Cut tomatoes in small pieces
and add to the pepper and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry the mixture
on medium heat until it is semi dry. You can cover and let it simmer for 5
minutes and then allow it to dry. Serve with green olives.
