Wash bhindi make a slit in between and keep aside. In a bowl mix red chilli powder, coriander
powder, amchur powder, jeera powder and salt. Now fill this masalas in slit
bhindi. Heat pan add ghee now put sliced onions and green chilly sauté for 2
minutes and add Bhindi to it. Cover it till the bhindi become tender and cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander
