50gm Butter
30gm Flour
100ml
Chicken broth
Salt
to taste
20gms
Paprika
1 Egg
yolk
20ml Lemon
juice
Melt
butter in sauce pan, stir in flour using stir gradually add broth blend well.
Cook over lo heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salt, paprika, egg,
yolk, beat thoroughly continue cookig 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in
lemon juice. Serve with asparagus or green beans.
