Ingredients
100gms flour Maida
05gms baking powder
Salt to taste
100ml sour cream
1no egg
20ml Oil
10gm Sugar
10ml Curd
50gms Grated Paneer
10gms Chopped green chilli
10gms Coriander Leaf
10gms Garam Masala
Mix flour, add baking powder, full cream,
egg, oil, sugar, curd and make a soft dough. Stuff with grated paneer, green
chilli chopped, garam masala & coriander leaves. Stuff the mixture in the
dough and make it flat with hand. Roll it and bake in tandoor. Brush with a little
butter & serve hot.
