Bring
the fish stocks or water to boil, mix the flour with a little water to a smooth
paste and pour into the sauce liquid stir until it thickens. Add the butter and
the mustard. Fry the onions to a golden brown put the bits of fish on the
bottom of a casserole sprinkle some lemon juice on them. Alternate with mashed
potatoes, onions, fish and mustard sauce until all the ingredients are used up
and finish with a layer of mashed potatoes. Put the dish in the oven to heat
and brown on top.
