and Bacon salad by Chef Raghu
(White
cabbage salad with crispy bacon)
100gms
Bacon
40gms
Chopped onion
20ml Vinegar
200ml
Water
20gm Sugar
Salt
to taste
20gms
Pepper
200gms
Shredded Cabbage
200gms
Shredded Apple
In
skillet cook bacon till crisp, drain reserving 3 spoons drippings set bacon
aside. Add onion to drippings and cook till tender.Stir in vinegar, water,
sugar and pepper.Bring to boiling add cannage abd apple, toss to coat cover abd
cook over medium heat about 5 minutes. Crumble bacon over top and serve.
