Sweetcorn soup by Chef Raghu



50gms sweet corn
200ml Chicken stock
20ml Chinese sauce
1 Eggs
10gms corn starch
10gms Black pepper powder
Satl to taste

Boil sweet corn for 4 minutes in stock, add beaten eggs stir it, add corn starch, Chinese sauce, salt and pepper and serve hot
