Cucumber sauce by Chef Raghu

50gms Chopped Cucumbers
50gms Chopped onion
30gms Chopped Celery
100ml Chicken stock
30ml Lemon juice
30gms Parsly
50gms Butter

Boil stock, add cucumber, onion and celery simmer until cucumbers are translucent and soft enough to be mashed with a spoon. Puree everything in blender , Reheat and add parsley butter
