Italian Mousse salad by Chef Raghu 

20ml lemon flavored gelatin
30ml Italian salad dressing
100ml boiling water
100ml cold water
20ml Vinegar
20 gms Chopped iceberg lettuce
20 gms Sliced zucchini
20 gms Shredded carrot
20 gms Sliced radishes
10 gm Curly endive

In bowl combine gelantin and salad dressing mix. Add boiling water, stirring to dissolve gelantin. Stir in cold water and vinegar, chill till partially set fold chopped lettuce, zucchini, carrot and radishes into gelatin. Pour mixture into mold. Chill till trim. To serve unmold and garnish with curly endive, if desired makes 8 servings
