Shredded carrot
30gms
Sugar
30ml Vinegar
Salt to
taste
Drain
and snip Red cabbage, reserving liquid Rinse Red cabbage under cold running
water. Drain well combine Red cabbage, celery, onion and carrot in saucepan
combine reserved Red cabbage liquid, sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil, stirring
constantly remove from heat pour over vegetable mixture. Toss to coat
vegetables evenly. Chill and serve it.
