100gms flour Maida
05gms baking powder
Salt to taste
100ml Milk
1no egg
20ml Oil
10gm Sugar
10ml Curd
50gms white butter
Make well in flour, add the baking powder,
salt, milk, egg white cream, oil, sugar & make a soft dough. Flatten with
hand. Cook in the tandoor & serve hot
