300gms lentils
1lt water
100gms sliced onion
20gms basil 
10gms burnet
10gms chervil
10 gms rosemary
20gms peppercorns
10gms savory 
10gms tarragon
30gms carrot
30gms Potato
1 celery stalks
1 leek 
2 sprig parsley

Wash and soak lentil for an hour and combine vegetables, cook about 1 hour rub soup through a wire sieve, Re-heat, add little milk and serve hot.Add a drop of lime juice to enrich the taste of soup.
