all-purpose flour
Salt to
taste
20gms
sugar
50gms
butter
100ml
sour cream
Mix
flour, grated cottage cheese egg yolks. Salt and sugar and shape it in to round
dumplings. Cool it for 5 minutes and shallow fry with little oil and butter. Cool
it and serve it with sour cream.
