French Pickles by Chef Raghu

Ingredients:

200gms Diced carrot
50gms fine cut celery
100gms lima beans
1 small diced cut cucumber
100gms babycorn
100gms chopped onion
50gms sliced green tomato
100gms sliced sweet red peppers

Cook each vegetable seperatly until barely tender,season to taste with salt.Drain well
Add:
10gms white mustard seed
10gms turmeric
10gms celery seed

Mix thoroughly, cover with vinegar and let come to the boiling point, stirring frequently.
Pack into sterilized jars to within half inch of top.
Process in boiling water 10 minutes.
