Salt to
taste
20gms
crushed pepper
10gms
sugar
Wash and
grate corn, lightly fry it in the butter without browning. Add stock and simmer
till corn is soft, sieve soup re-heat add salt, pepper, sugar and boil 5
minutes.
Serve
hot
