chopped watercress
200gms
potato
100gms
onion
Salt to
taste
20gms
crushed black pepper
Water
1lt
1tbsp
Butter
20gms
flour
100ml
Milk
Peel,
wash and cut potato and onion then add chopped watercress. Sieve in and re-boil
by adding flour and milk. Add salt, pepper stir and boil 5 minutes. Serve hot
with a drop of lime juice.
