small cucumbers

ml water
20gms
rock salt
Soak
cucumbers in this solution for 10 days.Take out from brine and rinse
thoroughly.
Dissolve
alum in vinegar. Let cucumbers stand in solution for 10 days, then rinse good.
Wipe and
prick insides twice with fork then cover with the following solution:

Mixed
pickling spices, tied in bag Let boil, when cool add 5gms of benzoate in warm
water and pour over cucumbers while still warm. In few days they are ready to
use
